About Carol

Carol grew up, surrounded by creative women, from her grandma who had a love of textiles, dress making, knitting, crochet, and baking. Her mum crafting and gardening and an aunt who herself had a small village florist shop.  After years working in the retail fashion industry as a visual merchandiser, Carol decided to follow her love of all things floral and trained as a florist. In the early years of her floristry career, she worked for many prestigious and luxury brands and businesses in and around Manchester.

In late 2015 Carol realized her dream of owning her own business and so The Blossom Room came to fruition. Over the years, she has built a solid reputation for her innovative floral designs and exceptional quality. She has surrounded herself with a team of likeminded talented floral stylists whose attention to detail is second to none. Working at some of the finest wedding venues across the North of England in counties such as Cheshire, Lancashire, The Lake District, Yorkshire and as far and wide as Scottish castles, Carol never waivers in her dedication to her clients wants and needs for their wedding florals.
